We do not buy homes that:
– Are too close to railroad tracks
– Streets with 4+ lanes
– Have exposure to commercial, industrial, or retail property
– Are in flood planes
– Have major power lines in the yard or over the house
– Have features that will make the home difficult to rent at  top of market price
